At Hairbrella, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our innovative rainwear. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items back in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item.
